MADE TO ORDER

  • Are the earrings / FXD COLLECTION ready-made or made-to-order?

Our productsΒ are made-to-order.

Items, including necklaces and earrings, are not pre-made in bulk. Once an order is placed, production begins. This method reduces waste and ensures a personalized touch. For necklaces, please allow a maximum of 2 weeks for completion. For earrings, expect them to be crafted within 5 days of ordering.

GENERAL QUERIES

  • Is it possible to adjust the size/length of an item?

Our standard necklace length is 40 cm (or 16 inches), but we're happy to customize this. Just add an extender to your order.

  • How can I get in touch with you?

  • My item is damaged. Can it be repaired?

Of course! We provide complimentary repairs and adjustments. Simply email us at info@mm-studio.be with details and images of the damage. Repairs usually take between 7 to 10 days.

  • Return Policy
We strive to ensure that every piece from MMSTUDIO meets your expectations. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
  1. Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  3. Track & Trace Code: Every returned item must be sent back with a track and trace code. This ensures both you and we can monitor the return shipment.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that custom or one-of-a-kindΒ items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

CUSTOM PIECES

  • How can I place an order for personalised items?

You'll find a 'custom' option that enables you to place a custom order. After payment, we will contact youΒ via email to discuss your design. Please allow up to three weeks for us to create your custom piece.

  • How do I communicate my design preferences?

After purchasing a 'custom' piece, we will reach out to you for specifics. You could use a mood board to help us understand the desired vibe. Every piece we create is unique, but we can draw inspiration from existing designs.

  • What is the purpose of a deposit?

A €15 deposit secures your unique order and will be subtracted from the final purchase price. If you decide to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable.

SHIPPING

At MMSTUDIO, we're committed to delivering your purchase in a timely and reliable manner.

Shipping with Tracking:

    • Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany: We ship using Mondial Relais. Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days, but occasionally it might take longer. The exact delivery time is dependent on Mondial Relais.
    • Rest of the World: We ship using BPost with tracking, and deliveries generally take 3-15 business days to arrive.


      Orders Without Tracking: For shipments without tracking, we utilize BPost. Deliveries typically take 3-15 business days to reach their destination. Please note that MMSTUDIO is not responsible for lost packages or packages that never arrive when shipped without tracking.

      All shipping times are estimates and can vary based on external factors outside of MMSTUDIO's and the courier's control.

      • What are the shipping costs?

      Free shipping is available without tracking, but please note we are not responsible for any loss in this case. For a fee of €5, you can opt for tracked shipping, which lets you monitor your package's journey and provides added security.

      • How should I care for my MMSTUDIO jewelry?

      Preserving the beauty of your jewelry requires mindful care. Here are some tips:

      1. Avoid Exposure to Elements: Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing household chores, or using abrasive cleaners. Exposure to water, cleaning products, and harsh chemicals can damage the metal and pearls.

      2. Beware of Cosmetics: Apply makeup, hairspray, and perfume before you put on your jewelry. These products may contain chemicals that can harm the pearl's luster.

      3. Storage: Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place, preferably in a fabric-lined jewelry case or box with compartments and dividers. If you prefer to use ordinary boxes, wrap each piece individually in soft tissue paper.

      4. Don’t Toss it in the Purse: Your jewelry can get scratched if it comes into contact with metal keys and other hard substances. Keep it in a separate compartment or small jewelry bag.

      5. Regular Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to keep your jewelry clean and free from body oil and sweat that can tarnish it over time.

      CUSTOM DUTIES

      • Who pays for custom duties?
      Custom duties and any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

      • Can you predict or prepay these duties?

      We cannot predict or prepay custom duties.

      • What happens if duties are not paid?Β 

      If duties are not paid, the package may be returned or abandoned. Shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.
