Shipping policy

Time

We try to send your package 4-5 days after you place your order.

All of our items are made-to-order, meaning we don't have stock but still have to make your order. Therefore the orders will be shipped after 4-5 days.  

 

It takes about 4 working days before you receive your package (can be longer depending on where you live). We ship from Belgium.

With a track and trace code you can see the status of your parcel. This is not possible without track and trace.

We are NOT responsible for lost mail without tracking.

 

Package lost

In case it's taking too long to deliver or there is something wrong, please contact us. 

There are two options:

1. You chose with tracking: we will check the tracking number and contact BPost, they will start a procedure when the package hasn't arrived in a month. When this procedure is complete, we will refund the money or reship the order, whichever you prefer.

2. You chose NO tracking: because you chose no tracking, we can't start a procedure with BPost and can't verify whether and where something went wrong with your order. However we do always add a counter address to our package, so normally if there was something wrong and they were unable to deliver, the package will be returned to us. If that's the case, and the package gets returned to us,  we will immediately contact you and ask whether you prefer us to reship or refund the order. Unfortunately we can't guarantee that the package will always be returned to us, so we advice to always choose with tracking. We are not responsible in case it gets lost and will only refund or reship the order in case it gets returned to us.
